3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
